Who doesn’t like to workout?! Ok ok. So most people don’t. But then you have people like me….it’s literally my life. I love it. Why? Well why the hell not is really the answer to that. Yes, it’s grueling, challenging, and sometimes just a big pain in the ass (literally…). But it’s totally worth it! I’m happier when I workout. I feel better overall (if you don’t count the soreness somedays from it). And on top of that, it’s an amazing stress reliever. Sure, there are plenty days that I don’t want to carry myself to the gym (and ain’t gonna lie, I’ve been slacking the past couple months), but I think about my long term goals fitness wise. Plus, I just like looking good naked. Is that really a bad thing?! I think not! Anyways…moral of all this. Workout. Why? Bc I said so. Boom.
